She is survived by: her son Chad Mazepa of Slatington; her siblings, Robert "Yogi" Edwards (Teresa) of Catasauqua and Trudie (Doug Lilly) of Slatington; her nieces and nephews, Michael (Missy), Josh, Matt (Kayla), Zac and Hannah; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden, Delaney, Noah, Theo and Benton.
