He is survived by: his wife Barbara Beltz (Smith); his sons, Keen Beltz (Lorie) of Slatington, PA., Dean Beltz (Lenora) of Slatington, PA., Gary Beltz of Slatington, PA. and Troy Beltz (Joelle) of Slatington, PA.; his grandchildren, Connie, Todd, Joey, Samantha, Tyra and Tori; and his great grandchildren, Dean and Jacob.
