He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis William and Jessie Leikel (Kennedy); his siblings, David, LeRoy and Myrle; and his grandson Brian.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis C. Leikel (Debbie), Russell P. Allentown and Nancy Leikel; his siblings, William "Billy" Leikel (Maria), Dean Leikel (Barbra), Leighton and Christine (Mathew Lichtenwalter); his grandchildren, Timothy, Angela, Mellissa and Jeremy; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Nichella and Jaylynn.
