Smith (Susan) of Slatington, Milton Smith (Debbie) of Lehighton, Carolyn (Jeff Mizterd) of Palmerton and Cynthia (William Bamford) of Nesquehoning; and her sister Constance (Elwood Leiberman). She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren.
