He is survived by: his wife Jeanette McGinley (Estock); his sibling Beechcraft; his sons, Richard McGinley (Janice) of Hilltown, PA, Glen McGinley (Diane) of Collegeville, PA and Robert F. McGinley, Jr. (Cheryl) of Spring City, PA; his grandchildren, Garth, Ryan, Shane, Ross, Kyle and Kailey; and his sister Connie Hauschild (Robert) of Coventry, PA. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
