He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Malvin and Jane Elizabeth Slater (Temple). He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Slater (Kalinowski); his children, Abigail of Arlington, VA and Callison of Richmond, VA; his stepsons, Christopher of Schwenksville and Josef of Horsham; and his brother Jim of New York City.
The family requests that all guests wear masks and that they have been vaccinated.
