He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Saltzer and Florence Saltzer (Fry); and his siblings, Harold Saltzer and Doris J. Kane. He is survived by: his pet Shaggy; his daughter Charity Groff (Robert) of Shoemakersville; his granddaughter Jennifer Nonemaker (Ian); his great grandchildren, Kyla and Lailah; and his brother Gerald Saltzer. He is also survived by his 10 nieces and nephews.
