She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Haines and Anna Haines (Price); her children, Susan and Louis; her grandson Seth Schaeffer; and her siblings, Alma Straub (Haines) and Kenneth Haines, Jr..

She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Schaeffer; her brother William Haines of Reading; her children, Thomas R. Schaeffer (Amanda), Scott C. Schaeffer (Tara) and Mary E. Reinhart (Kevin); her son-in-law Bruce Bashore; her grandchildren, Aaron, Bradley Bashore, Sarah Schaeffer, Nathan, Rebecca, Matthew, Michael, Alli Reinhart, Emily and John Schaeffer; her great grandchildren, Zaidyn Werley and Romy Schaeffer; her close friends, Willy, Walter and Henry; and also Jane Kline. She is also survived by loving nieces & nephews.

Following social distancing requirements, family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, April 5th from 10:00- 11:00 am in Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport.
