Dalene Martin Obituary

Dalene A. (Woytovich) Martin, 74, of Perry Township, passed away on May 17, 2021 in Penn State St. Joseph Hospital. Born on August 9, 1946 in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Wassel and Dorothy (Wanner) Woytovich. She was the loving wife of Kenneth E. Martin, with whom she would have shared fifty years on November 27, 2021.

She retired from The Bachman Company in Hyde Park after twenty years. Family was very important to Dalene, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an avid gardener and loved cooking and baking. In addition to her husband, Dalene is survived by her children; Troy V. Woytovich, Tonya L. Martin-Smith, Tiffany A. Jackson, Brandy M. Naftzinger.

Also surviving are grandchildren; Jennifer Costa, Cody Woytovich, Quentin Martin, Marcus Martin-Smith, Paige Smith, Alexa Burkey, Brittney Burkey, Caleb Jackson, Ethan Naftzinger and Ciara Reis; great grandchildren; Emily, Olivia and Abigail Costa, Antonella Ray and Leo Martin and her brother in laws William Schmidt, Michael Martin and a sister-in-law; Jaqueline Williams.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her grandson; Zachary Woytovich and a brother; Wally Woytovich. Services will be held private at the convenience of the family. Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home in Temple is entrusted with the funeral arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dalene's memory to the St. Lukes Lutheran Church, 431 Franklin Street, Shoemakersville PA 19555.
