With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ballance of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 24, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam T. McKeown and Lizzie Ann McKeown (Williamson); her husband Ocie M. Ballance, Jr.; her siblings, John McKeown, Adam T. McKeown, Jr. and Henrietta McKeown Sowers; and her granddaughter Hannah Nicole Neil.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy L. Neil (Gregory) of Shippensburg, Diane Lee Ballance of Shippensburg and Mark A. Ballance (Irene) of Gig Harbor, WA; her grandson Garrett H. C. Gibson; and her sisters, Elizabeth Weishaupt and Shelagh VanderVeen of Clarkston, MI..
