He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne O. Smith and Helen M. Smith (Goshorn); and his sister Janet Burdge. He is survived by: his wife Dianna K. Smith (Luttrell) of Shippensburg; his children, Natalie Cook of Dillsburg and Wayne E. Smith of Shippensburg; and his brother Jim Smith (Karen). He is also survived by one step-daughter; four step-sons; four grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
