Bruce Edward Tappen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Edward Tappen of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Raymond and Mary Ethel Trumpi Tappen; his wife Regina C. Hale-Tappen; his sister Barbara Ann Tappen-Sherman (Charles); and his nephew Nathan L. Tappen.
He is survived by: his close friend Beulah Mae Crist; his siblings, Julia Jane Huff (Russell), Roger Lewis Tappen (Patricia J.) and Theodore Allen Tappen (Carol) of Pawcatuck, CT; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Johnson (Marsha) and Faye Haas of Chambersburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Nathan L. Tappen, to the Franklin County ARC, 2314 Philadelphia Ave., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
