Groves West Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Groves West (Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 29, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. West and Pauline M. Presher West; his wife Janice E. "Janie" Taylor; his daughter Deborah L. Slutz; and his siblings, Loyd, Lynn, Burdett, John, Jerry, Virginia, Lucille, Louise and Myrtle.
He is survived by: his children, David L. West (Juanita Blau) of Shinglehouse, Edward R. West (Sandi Perkins) of Franklinville, N. Y., Katherine E. Hays of Olean, N. Y., Michael R. West (Vera) of Shinglehouse, Steven G. West (Jamie) of Prairieville and Renee A. White (Shawn) of Shinglehouse; and his brother Lee West (June) of Hinsdale, N. Y.. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren.
