He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrius Melniczek and Theresa Melniczek (Tacyn). He is survived by: his sons, John R. Melniczek (Laurie F. Melniczek) of Spring City and Paul J. Melniczek (Denise Melniczek) of Reinholds; his grandchildren, Andrea, Daniel, Ethan and Kendra; his great grandchildren, Autumn and Caleb; and his sister-in-law Mickey Melniczek of Shillington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Orthodox Church of St. Herman of Alaska at the above address in memory of Mr. John Melniczek.
