Anastasio of Melbourne, FL.; his grandchildren, Amanda (Eric), Carly (James), Thomas, Andrew, Dominic and Dale Sr.; his great grandchildren, Luna and Dale Jr.; and his brother-in-law Thaddeus "Ted" Jamula Jr..
