She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Mohutsky and Julia Mohutsky (Oravitz); and her siblings, Michael Mahutsky, Mary Jawor, Anna Kelly, Clarence Mohutsky, Emil Mohutsky, Ralph Mohutsky and Julia Ciesluk.
She is survived by: her children, Walter M. Sebastian (Judy) of Cape Cod, MA, Karen A. Haddigan of Sinking Spring, PA and Mary C. Noecker (Jim) of Saugerties, NY; her son-in-law Tom Haddigan of Bethlehem, PA; her grandchildren, Erin, Megan, Daniel, Timothy, Katelyn, Adam and Scott; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Michael and Miles; and her brother Edward Mohutsky (Rosemary) of Frackville, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
