He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Villarreal and Shirley Jackson Villarreal; his brother Michael Villarreal (Marjorie Villarreal); and his daughter Sarah Villarreal. He is survived by: his sisters, Elizabeth Middleton and Terrie Blake; and his nieces and nephews, Jeff, Laurie, Mike Middleton, Jessica Villarreal and Jeremy Villarreal.

The family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Borden Funeral Home, PO Box 4, Sheffield, PA 16347 to help defray final expenses.
