He was predeceased by: his parents, George O'Hare and Anna O'Hare Hawbaker; his daughter Erin Elizabeth O'Hare; his stepson Jeff Brunswick; and his great great grandchild Natalie Alicea.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Pendleton O'Hare; his children, Sean O'Hare (Rosalinda) of Chandler, AZ., Kara O'Hare (Bart Barnard) of Maricopa, AZ and Colleen O'Hare of Maricopa, AZ; his stepchildren, JoAnn Brunswick of Sheffield, PA. and Glenn Shaffer (Martha Blair) of Union City, PA.; his grandchildren, Brandin Vasquez, Nicole Fretwell (Matt), Erin, Maria, Joann and Kyle O'Hare; his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Brunswick and Sara Alicea; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Madison, Ryleigh Fretwell and Olivia Ortega; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Matthew and Emily Alicea.
