She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Rzecznik and Agnes Wanic Rzecznik; her husband Mike; her son Michael; and her siblings, Bus, Henry, Wilma and Joe.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Derek Waddington; her daughters, Virginia Hoover (Mel) of Montoursville, PA and Judith Waddington (Robert) of New Castle; her grandchildren, William Waddington (Jennifer), Attorney Michael Waddington (Sandy), Elizabeth P. Spitale, Robert D. Waddington, Jr. (Jayme), Virginia Peterson (Nick), Major Matthew Hoover (Tricia) and Adrienne L. Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Catherine, William, Alex, Emilia, Ethan, Evelyn Waddington, Carlei, Roman, Anthony, Nico, Benjamin, Eliza Spitale, Lydia, Isaac and Townsend Hoover. She is also survived by husband, daughters, sons-in-laws, seven grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
The family was told that Virginia's death certificate states the cause of death Alzheimer/Dementia however, the truth be known, Virginia's cause of death was that she actually wore her heart out by loving her family and friends for over a century. In lieu of flowers, donations in Virginia's memory may be made to the Lawrence County Historical Society, 408 N. Jefferson St., New Castle, PA 16101.
