He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Berry and Annie Berry; his wife Donna R. Berry (Simpson); his daughter Traci Berry; and his sister Jane Patton.
He is survived by: his sister Ann K. Jordan of Fredericksburg, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Mook of Jamestown, PA and Pat Patterson of Mercer, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
