He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul and Mari Costello (Sacko); his stepmother Olive B. Costello; and his brother Terrence Costello. He is survived by: his family John Paul "Jack" Costello Jr.; his wife Mary Costello (Markle); his children, John P. Costello, III (Kimberly) of Berlin Heights, OH and Tammy L. Denton (CS) of Stow, OH; his grandchildren, JP Costello, IV (Bridgette) of North Olmsted, OH, Terry Costello (Kourtney) of Cleveland, OH, Xavier Denton of Stow, OH, Shelby Miller (Jimmy) of Stow, OH and Kyle Costello of Cleveland, OH; and his great grandchildren, Avery Denton, Irelynn Costello and Brynlee Costello.
