He was predeceased by: his parents, John N. Mathewson and Marie Mathewson (Roolf); and his siblings, Mildred M. Biblis, Marie J. Zipay, Elizabeth L. Smialkowski, John Richard and Bernard J. Mathewson. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
