Hoff, Sr. and Annie Hughes Hoff; his wife Jenny Hall; his children, Steve Hoff (Dena Austin), Jennifer Magin (Jason) of Hampstead and Bryan Hoff (Denise) of Hampstead; his stepson Levi Hall of Seven Valleys, PA; his former wife Beth Hoff; his siblings, Deborah Muse (Roger "Gil") of Finksburg, Diane Buchman (Charles) of Taneytown, Michael Hoff of Finksburg and Donna Hoff (John Brenner) of Taneytown; and his grandchildren, Gene Magin, Grady Magin and Annabeth Hoff. He was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
