He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kopp and Ruth Kopp (Henry). He is survived by: his wife Aleen L. Kopp (Smyser); his children, Mark S. Kopp (Kim) and Beth A. Orner (Peter) of York'; his grandchildren, Eric Orner (Casey), Lindsey Vinci (Justin), Scott Orner (Cayce) and Abby Harman (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Caden, Bryce, Parker, Kellan, Killian, Ryder and Emma; and his brother Arthur Bradley Kopp (Lourdes).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ned's memory may be made to St. Paul Wolfs ECC.
