We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2022, at the age of 92, Kenneth W. Prince Sr. of Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Charles and Mildred Amelia Prince; his wife Rose Marie Prince; his children, Ursula M. Prince and Kenneth W Prince Jr.; and his brother Martin Prince.

He is survived by: his children, Gerard M Prince, Christopher D. Prince of Hanover, PA, Peter T. Prince of Seven Valleys, PA, Michael A. of Spring Grove, PA, Charles J., Patrick D. Prince of Westminster and Mary C. Pauley of North East, MD; and his sister Gloria Mary Beall.
