He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Balulis and Anna Harkins Balulis; and his brothers, Albert Balulis, Jr. and John Balulis. He is survived by: his wife Helen Orlosky; his children, Ann Marie Hoffman (Duane) and Timothy Balulis; his grandchildren, Kevin Hoffman and Kassidy Balulis; and his siblings, William Balulis (Mary) and Joan Hufnagle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
