Lipsky of Seltzer, Pennsylvania, born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oshman and Josephine Oshman; and her husband Robert J. Lipsky, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Robert J. Lipsky, Jr. and Michael Lipsky (Mindy); her grandchildren, Rebecca and Zachary Lipsky; and her brother Jack Oshman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family prefers contributions to the Salvation Army or SPCA.
