He is survived by: his wife Carol Karwaski Archer; his children, William Archer Jr. (Gwen), Lisa Archer Evans (Dave), Tracy Archer (Mike) of Scranton and Timothy Archer (Amye) of Scott Township; his grandchildren, Marc, Brittani, Kyle, Kalei, Brandon, Samantha, Penelope, Robert, Sophia and Gianna; his great grandchildren, Russell, Michael and Zachary; his brothers, Francis Archer (Audrey) and Joseph Archer (Shirley) of Moscow; his sister-in-law Joann Iannuzzo; and his son Timmy.
