He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram Balmer and Hilda Balmer; and his brother Kenneth Balmer of Telford. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Balmer (Matthews); his grandchildren, Hillary Funari (Joseph) of Phoenixville, Keaton Pickerd and Delaney Pickerd of West Chester; his great grandchild June Jacqueline Funari; and his brother Vernon Balmer (Ruth Ann).
