He is survived by: his children, Jessie Liles (Jeff) of Garland, TX, Kristina Campanella of McKinney, TX, John Pollak (Carrie) of Brooktondale, NY, James Pollak (Sarah) of Newfield, NY and Carrie Pollak of McKinney, TX; his grandchildren, Anthony Campanella, Erin Liles, Callie Campanella, Cadra Beadles, Charlotte Pollak and Elijah Pollak; and his brothers, John Pollak of Kingsport, TN and Daniel Pollak (Nancy) of Herkimer, NY.
