We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2020, at the age of 78, Gerald G. Corbin of Sayre, Pennsylvania, born in Waverly, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George G. Corbin and Irene Pendleton Corbin; his wife Linda Sue Raupers (Wood); his granddaughter Olivia of Sayre; his daughter Beth Ann Hyde; his granddaughter Molly Hyde of Horseheads; his stepsons, Kenneth Raupers, Sr. of Wellsburg, NY and Rick Raupers of Ulster, PA; his stepgrandsons, Nathan (Allyssa), Travis, Kenneth Jr. (Katrina) and Macen (Kaylee); his sisters, Christine (Ira Thetga) and Potterville; his sister-in-law Connie Garrity of Vero Beach, FL.; his siblings, Lila Mae Bowen and George "Dana"; his sister-in-law Ada Jean Corbin; his nephews, Mark Corbin and Robert Bowen; his niece Cathy Jo Thetga; and his pets, Thor, Chip and Pat. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation on Tuesday, June 30th from 4 to 8 pm at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, 273 S. Main St., Nichols with all State required social distancing guidelines being followed.
Flowers will be provided by the family and memorial contributions may be directed to the Darling Cemetery, c/o Mrs. Janice Hicks, 589 Gulf Road, Rome, Pa 18837 or your local Animal Shelter in loving memory of Gerald G. Corbin.
