She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Wilcox and Mabel Wilcox (Kitchin); her son Douglas Paul Phillips; her granddaughter Renee Phillips; her sisters, Esther Cooper and Vivian Wilcox; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Bell, Delos Vinson and Gerald Alexander.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Phillips; her daughter Virginia "Ginger"; her son-in-law Bob Grappone of Crestview, FL; her children, Michael (Karen Phillips), Ronald (Joan Phillips), Richard (Donna Phillips), Dawn Tillinghast of Sayre, PA and Scott Phillips; her daughter-in-law Lynzie Nelson of Bentley Creek, PA; her siblings, Virginia Bell and George; her sister-in-law Mary Wilcox; and her sister Wanda Alexander. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
