She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Axon; and her son-in-law Chester L. Heath. She is survived by: her parent Evelyn Axon (Rhoat); her stepfather Richard Houck; her children, Randall J. Leonard, Jodi C. Heath, Saxton Leonard and Barry S. Leonard; her grandchildren, Randy Leonard, Wayland Heath, Bill Hartman, Scott Musselman, Kristi Leonard, Lindsey Black and Colton Reasey; her great grandchildren, Blake Heath, Brody Heath and Jeremiah Musselman; and her sister LaVerne Crooks of Robertsdale, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
