He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen P. Gmitro and Anna Irene Nedorolyik Gmitro; and his wife Catherine McCart Mitro. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Mitro of Zelienople, Eric Mitro of Greensboro, NC and Doug Mitro (Melissa) of Sewickley; and his sister Frances Gmitro Henderson of Ft. Myers, FL.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great-granddaughters.
