He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard VanTine of Freeport and Dolores VanTine of Freeport. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Walker VanTine; his daughters, Stephanie Anne VanTine of Sarver and Jaimie Elizabeth VanTine of Natrona Heights; his aunts and uncles, Thomas, Lenora VanTine of Sarver, Jane Masarik of Natrona Heights, Don and Barbara George Nunn of Texas; and his friend Rick. He is also survived by numerous cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Orphans of the Storm animal shelter.
