He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Smith Campbell (Steighner); his children, Dawn Cimbala (Ronald) of Virginia Beach, VA, Lora Covey (Shawn) of Butler, John Smith (Debbie) of Butler, Shane Smith (Deserea) of Butler and Kandi Smith of Winfield Township; and his siblings, John Campbell (Pearl) of West Deer, Tim Campbell (Deb) of Waterford, MI, Penny Greig (Scott) of Beaver and Terry Morgan (Francis) of Louisa, VA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
