She was predeceased by: her parents, William McNally and Ruth Barb McNally; her husband Willard T. "Spence" Spencer; and her brothers, Paul and Buddy McNally.

She is survived by: her children, David Spencer (Cindy) of Cabot, PA, Roger Spencer (Lauren) of Cheswick, PA and Joanne Vesztergom (Neal Roberts) of Sarver, PA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Buffalo Presbyterian Church, 678 Sarver Road, Sarver PA 16055.
