He was predeceased by: his father Dean L. Phillippi. He is survived by: his mother Mildred M. Phillippi (Olczak) of Buffalo Twp; his siblings, Lori Hewitt (Bill) of Buffalo Twp and Jeff Phillippi (Margaret Freehling) of Buffalo Twp; and his great-niece Alexis. He is also survived by 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
