Smith; her children, Rick Smith (Elaine) of Sarver, Larry Smith of Sarver, David Smith (Janet) of Harpers Ferry, WV, Marcia Wetzel (Jeff) of Saxonburg, Jeanne Born (Wayne) of Sarver, Sheryl Johnston (Doug) of Freeport and LuAnn Smith (Eric Rice) of Butler; her grandchildren, Kim, Brian, Bill, Sarah, Brittany, Scott, Ben, Elsie, Brandyn, Jason, Cassie, Josh, Heather and Matt; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Johnathan, Ali, Gavin, Thomas, Bill, Zach, Luke, Jack, Madison, Hudson, Claire, James, Esther, Jayden, Avery, Eva, Elle, Makessa, Kamila, Eric and Jacob.
Memorial donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church for repairing the stained glass windows.
