He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Noel M. Dean, Sr. of Sandy Lake and Beverly Jones of Liberty; and his siblings, Robin Chestnut of Leon, WV, Rose Dean of Liberty, WV, Isaac Dean of Sandy Lake and Willie Dean.
