She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Slater and Hilda Slater (Fisher); her husband Arthur Baxter; her former husband Charles E. Henderson; and her son Duane Baxter.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Eagon of Sandy Lake, Gary Baxter (Margaret) of Athens, GA and Marlene Stauffer (Brook) of Barto, PA; her stepchildren, Don Henderson, Dave Henderson and Kathy Beckman; her grandchildren, Richard McComb, Jr., Melinda White, Allison Baxter, Katherine Baxter, Jordan Stauffer, Mary Baxter and Haley Stauffer; and her siblings, Mary Lewis, Joanne Giebner and Keith Slater (Patty). She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several step-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
