He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur B. Coulter and Martha Mae Coulter (Kinter); his wife Carol M. Coulter (Mackey); and his sister Emma Jean Bennett. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca C. Schoone of Murrysville and Sandra C. Newell (Chris) of Sterling Heights, MI; his grandchildren, Christopher, Riley, Cary and Hannah; and his brother William Coulter of Monroeville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
