He was predeceased by: his father Robert Edwin; and his sister Levada Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Riggs Lewis-Brown; and his siblings, David Lewis of Monroeville, Mary Drummond of Monroeville, Loretta Lewis of Saltsburg, Thomas Brown of Saltsburg and Curtis Brown of Clarksburg.
