She is survived by: her parents, Billy Bob and Mary Kovalcik (McCabe); her sister Lilou Lyric Kovalcik of Saltsburg; her grandparents, Robert, Anne Kovalcik of Homer City, Paul and Elizabeth McCabe of Claysburg; and her aunts and uncles, Denver, Marc, Josh Kovalcik, Eric Johnson, Autumn Kovalcik, Sarah Johnson and Sueann Deffibaugh.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donation be made to the family to help offset costs.
