He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Belice. He is survived by: his parents, James J. Belice and Frances Ukish Belice of Saltsburg; his spouse Linda Paci Belice; his sister Florence Marafka (Tom) of Nowrytown; his children, Andrew Belice (Tammy) of Dillion, Shawn Belice (Bethany) of Oak Ridge and Tiffany Belice of Clearwater; and his grandchildren, James, Liam, Lexie, Brianna, Hannah, Madison and Halle.
