He is survived by: his daughters, Cheri Urban of Saltsburg, Kathy Machak of Saltsburg and Crystal Zimmerman of Virginia; his son-in-law Dave Zimmerman; his grandchildren, Trinity Urban (Avram Holmes), Charity McBride (Tim), Kristy Dice, Bayli Zimmerman (Sam Held) and Noah Zimmerman; and his great grandchildren, Julius, Elijah, Adyia, Paxton and Akira.
