He is survived by: his wife Carol Buterbaugh; his son Edwin Joseph Hunter III of Pittsburgh; his stepchildren, Trent Buterbaugh (Jennifer) of Blairsville and Aaron Buterbaugh (Michelle) of Weirton, WV; his brother Frederick Raymond Hunter (Harriett) of Pittsburgh; and his grandchildren, Austin, Isaac, Maiya, Ella, Hannah and Hailey. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
