She was predeceased by: her parents, John Matusin and Agnes Turkovich Matusin; her husband Harold "Tony" E. Thomas; and her siblings, Mary Kohuth and John Matusin.
She is survived by: her son Larry E. Thomas (Laura) of Freeport; and her grandchildren, Dana Thomas (Weber), Jennifer Hartle (Jacob) of Freeport and Heather Thomas-Rinaldi (Mike) of Butler. She is also survived by great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
