He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Homa and Anna Homa (Martinick). He is survived by: his sister Anna Mae Boffenmyer of Pottsville; his nephew John Boffenmyer (Melissa) of Slidell, LA; his great-nephew Adam J. Boffenmyer; and his great-niece Emily M. Boffenmyer.
