He is survived by: his sister-in-law Anna M Kritz; his sister Tracy Phillabaum (Ronald); his nephews, Ronald, Richard and Randall Phillabaum; his grandchildren, Justin Conklin, Shawn Conklin, Joshua Conklin of Somerset and Kevin Pollock Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Emily Jake, Heather Conklin and Haden Kimmel.
